2. Products All sarees are handcrafted/artisan products. Minor variations in colour, weave, or embroidery are inherent to the nature of the fabric and are not considered defects.

3. Pricing Prices are listed in INR and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel orders with pricing errors.

4. Orders & Payment Orders are confirmed upon successful payment. We accept payments via Razorpay and other available gateways. COD may be available at checkout.

5. Shipping We ship across India. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or public holidays. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for details.

6. Returns & Refunds Returns are accepted as per our Return & Refund Policy. Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original packaging within the stated window.

7. Intellectual Property All content on this site — images, text, and branding — is owned by Soft Drape Studio. Unauthorised use is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability Soft Drape Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
